Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi has sent out the invites for the launch of its latest Redmi Note 4 smartphones in India. The latest Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, which is the successor of Redmi Note 3 smartphone will launch on January 19th.
Talking about the specifications, Redmi Note 4 features a 5.5-inch Full HD display with 1920×1080 pixels resolution at a pixel density of 401ppi. It is powered by a 2.1GHz deca-Core Helio X20 processor from MediaTek with Mali-T880 MP4 GPU coupled with a 2GB/3GB RAM. It offers a 16GB/64GB internal storage composition which can be expanded further by a micro-SD card.
Talking about the optics, it sports a 13MP rear camera with PDAF and dual-tone LED flash along with a 5MP selfie camera. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 sports hybrid dual-SIM functionality and runs on MIUI 8.0. On the connectivity front, the smartphone offers 4G, VoLTE, 3G,Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, GPRS/ EDGE Glonass and micro-USB options. It is equipped with a fingerprint sensor and houses a 4,100mAh battery.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 was launched in China, back in August and was made available in two variants – 2GB of RAM with 16GB inbuilt storage model, priced at CNY 899 (approx. Rs. 9,000), while the 3GB of RAM/ 64GB storage model was priced at CNY 1,199 (approx. Rs. 12,000).
As far as the prices are concerned, we could expect it to lauch at the same price. The smartphone was launched in Gold, Grey, and Silver colours. And we expect the same colors.
